Bring your baby to this incredible class, combining the very best of postnatal movement for Mama & baby. The Mom Method Workshop is guided by Core Confidence Specialist Pre/Postnatal Movement Instructor Ariel Grace. Class is always a fun mix of Yoga, Pilates, & Barre inspired movement to help heal your body after Pregnancy. Together we will embrace the best movements to heal Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (Incontinence) so that you feel stronger, longer and more flexible.
Invest in your own self-care as a new mama, while you learn effective ways to restore your body after pregnancy with safe and effective movement, connect with local mamas, while bonding with your baby.

Your teacher: Ariel Grace
A Toronto native and former gymnast, Ariel discovered Yoga as a teenager and has been practicing for 15 years. In 2010 Ariel made the leap to pursue teaching Yoga and became certified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Movement, Aerial Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre. Ariel's love for practicing low impact, dynamic movement continues to inform the her classes today. Ariel aims to inspire a sense of balance and peace, which she hopes students will bring off the mat and into their lives.

When should I arrive?

What should I wear?
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing suitable for unrestricted movement.
What should I bring?
Your baby! Any supplies you or your baby may need to feel comfortable.
What else should I do to prepare?
Make sure to eat something light to keep your brain and body alert.
