Tania is a motivated World Class Yoga and Movement Instructor with advanced training in Ballet at Canadian Ballet Theatre and Interdisciplinary Yoga Methodology, Pilates, Primal Movement and Functional Strength. She enjoys inspiring others to elevate their lifestyle choices to balanced, happy and healthy ones. She is calm, but energetic with a collaborative spirit.
