The event begins with a gentle morning yoga practice starting at 12PM that includes soft ambient sounds with special healing frequencies and essential oils will compliment the ambiance with uplifting aromas to enhance the experience—promoting more relaxation and deeper breathing. A guided meditation will follow that carries guests through 6 phases of mindfulness and purpose while in a deep state of rest and relaxation. After the meditation a smorgasbord of a bountiful selection of nutritious bites of bliss, delicious energy balls which will be enjoyed over good conversation, soft music and herbal teas. Guests will leave feeling fresh, rested and rejuvenated — ready to enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Your instructor: Angela Argentina

Angela Argentina spends most of her energy teaching yoga, creating delicious food as vegan chef and working with others as an alternative healer. She began practicing yoga while in living in Buenos Aires and then along her travels through South America before returning to Toronto where she completed a 250-hour yoga teacher training and later expanding her teaching to encompass aerial yoga. Today Angela teaches a variety of different styles such as Hatha with Essential Oils, Power/Core flow, Chakra yoga, Vinyasa, and Restorative and often guides a variety of different meditations to corporations, classes and to small groups.
