NEW CLASS!

HATHA UNWIND

This deeply healing class combines movement and stillness to nourish your body, calm your mind, and soothe your nervous system. To begin, we explore alignment-based standing and seated poses, with longer holds to build strength and balance while unwinding tension from the shoulders, hips and spine. We then settle in for deep rest and relaxation in restorative poses that tap into the body's natural healing processes, inviting a sense of peace and calm within.

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, including those working with illness and injuries.

STARTING IN NOVEMBER:
