Dive deep and discover new realms of healing and release, with our upcoming Yoga Star Restorative Aerial Yoga Workshop. Learn the gentle techniques of this method, making Aerial Restorative Yoga a more accessible practice for everyone, including students with injury or physical limitations.  

Using the Aerial Silk as the ultimate Yoga prop, you will learn new ways to foster deep release, finding your voice as an instructor or just simply deepening your knowledge of both Aerial Restorative Yoga.

This workshop includes the basics of Aerial Yoga, including gentle inversions, joint opening poses and the use of many supportive Yoga props to encourage blissful release for all students. 

This workshop is open to students and teachers of Yoga, no prior experience required.

Your instructor: Ariel Grace

A Toronto native and former gymnast, Ariel discovered Yoga as a teenager and has been practicing for 15 years. In 2010 Ariel made the leap to pursue teaching Yoga and became certified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Movement, Aerial Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre. Ariel's love for practicing low impact, dynamic movement continues to inform the her classes today. Ariel aims to inspire a sense of balance and peace, which she hopes students will bring off the mat and into their lives
