Yoga Alignment: Learn proper techniques to improve your poses with a 60-minute asana workshop. Includes a warm-up, asana analysis, and diagnostic recommendations.

Yoga Cardio Fusion: Cleanse the emotional and spiritual self with this 60-minute private therapeutic instruction. Experience the soul-shaking, heart pumping music, and intense physical movement to build a lean, strong body. Come ready to shake, pulse, sweat, and release.

Customized to fit your needs, Tyler teaches beginner vinyasa, flow, and power vinyasa, specializing in strength, agility, breath, and endurance for all ages and levels. He emphasizes optimizing the use of your body, releasing tensions, and inner exploration, balance, and mindfulness for a well-rounded practice.
